Refund policy
Refunds do not apply to the following: Digital goods such as ebooks and audiobooks. These are instant downloads. If there is a problem with your purchase, please email me at peter@kestrelmg.com.
Refunds/returns for physical goods. Returns are given for faulty items. For refund or return queries, please email me at peter@kestrelmg.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for return, and photographs of faulty item. For faulty items, we refund or resend your goods - your choice.
Print Books: We use Lulu Direct. If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, or if your order failed to arrive, Lulu Direct is happy to provide a replacement order. Please notify Lulu Direct within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through their online customer support form. Or contact me at peter@kestrelmg.com.
